Like many industries, Property Management has its own language. To be successful, it's important to learn as many of these common terms as possible. One nifty feature I've implemented in this blog is a rotating list of vocabulary words related to Property Management. You can find this feature in the top right corner of the right hand menu.I will be adding to this list over time as but I wanted to share one of the resources where I found great definitions for common terms you may run across.
NAR Commercial Real Estate Glossary
This Glossary of Real Estate terms was published in 2005 by the National Association of Realtors and this great resource is free to download!
