Welcome to the Essentials of Property Management blog! If you have found your way to this blog, I hope you will find it to be a useful tool! My name is Amanda Gray. I am Certified Property Manager and I lead a team of property management professionals in the day to day operations of Medical Office Buildings.
I often have new team members who may have little exposure to property management before joining my team. I have developed and collected a series of materials that I use to help bring them up to speed in our fast paced environment. Recently I was asked to consider teaching classes that would qualify as continuing education for the wider public. I wanted to utilize this blog to gather my thoughts and materials for these classes as I develop a more robust coursework. I also thought this could be a great tool for those who are new to the industry!
